Cutting through the bull, Sarah Palin
For as much blasting of Pailn as I did on this blog, I’m shocked and outraged that McCain advisors would blame her for losing the election for the McCain camp. I’m sorry, folks, but you picked her. You advised her, and told the American people she was ready to lead. As is said in the video below, Palin has not changed over the past few months, nor is she any less intelligent than she was before.

What seems to be missing from the discussion here is the sexism going on in the McCain camp post election. Palin is an easier target because she is a woman in politics. It’s true. We still view women has having no real claim to political lead, and when women approach holding a position of power, we often view that access to power and agency as something dangerous and ultimately destructive.
Lies. Palin did not lose the election. McCain did. Here’s more of what Brown (CNN) had to say:
