About Me

Vegetarian. Theory nerd.

I’m a senior Women’s and Gender Studies major at the University of Louisville, looking to go to grad school in the near future (IU Bloomington? UCSB? DePaul?). Who knows where the future will take me? I enjoy writing and reading, but my life keeps me so busy that I don’t get to do enough of either. I’m constantly working, and feel uneasy when I have “free-time,” but I make the most of it.

I’ve been out for four years now. As anyone in the LGBT community will tell you, coming out is a process, not a one-time event. Stemming from my education in Women’s, Gender and Queer studies, I work actively in the LGBT community. I’m currently the intern at the Fairness Campaign, located in Louisville, KY.
